End of Term Ceremony 05-06

BYE BYE to SSGC... a place where I've studied for 14 years...

When I now suddenly realize that I won't walk up the hill to school anymore, won't have lessons with 6C, won't meet the teachers and classmates, won't say "assembly please stand" and "assembly dismiss", won't be rushing back to the classroom at 1:30... I START MISSING MY DAYS IN SSGC!!!!

1st handbell competition!

WE CAME SECOND!

of coz we want to get 1st, but... i think i can do better (maybe too nervous.. miss a few notes :P) anyway, handbell senior section second -- SSGC! =)

050506, my last time to play handbell in my secondary school lifeee!

the first handbell performance i watched was from the tv where a handbell choir was performing in a church.

my first touch to handbell was in Form 4.

 My first handbell performance was in the Easter Service 2 years ago. (forgot what song we played :P)

lucky me to have so much chances to play: Ms Li's choir, with junior choir ( i will never forget that, playing handbell with the 鹿角:P), 2 years Easter Service, CD recording...

and of coz our handbell first performance in HKCC during the centenary concert, and

our handbell choir first competition joined~

I am glad to be the 元老 of the handbell choir and experience so many "first time"s. Every rehearsals is great fun!! nei dei next year yiu lo lic arrr! =) tell me the time for the 2nd handbell competition! I will come and support u! :):)

多謝您o地每一個!!

It is my pleasure to involve in the musical.

I remembered at the beginning of the production, we were all so confused as we could not see the whole picture. Around a month ago, our spirit was so down that we were trying to think if there is any way to boost our morale... During the Easter Holiday which there were 9-5 rehearsal time for 3 days, everyone was very tired.. teachers were very 燥, start to worry if we have enough time to get this task done.. last week, which is the 衝刺期, things started to go well, and happy so see those lovely costumes~ but reli sun fu sai orchestra... lessons 1-9 plus friday whole day...

Then it came to our big day!

Everything seems very rush but yet i always reminded myself "ENJOY and do a good show!" I can say that this is the performance that I enjoyed the most! not only there were not much mistakes, but it was the spirit i can feel when i was dancing, when I was saying my only line (this is my first time using mic in HKCC!!) and also when hearing applause from the audience.

This concert has surely given me a very sweet and unforgettable memory in my last year in St. Stephen's. I am proud of being a Stephanie!

teachers, special thanks goes to MISS LEE!! I don't know how to say thanks to you because from the very beginning till the very end, you are giving out 150% of ur energy to the musical! my mum dou wa "你o地dance 得好齊!" without you scheduling rehearsal time and sometimes even have to lead the practice, we won't have such successful performance!

and of coz Miss Donlon! =) you are the soul of the musical. So pleased that you love the thank you card!

and also 思茵老師, PE Miss Chan~ it must be very tiring to be working at the backstage, don't even have a chance to watch the musical.. DOR TSE NEI!

MISS LI!!! yau yiu lin choir, yau yiu music festival, yau yiu organize CD, yau yiu lin handbell... SUN FU NEI LA!!

AND

Ken and Anthony! It must be a very tiring job to teach so many ppl dancing! thank you for letting me explore other side of dancing except ballet~ dor tse nei dei! =)

AND

of coz all the dancers and choir! to dance team members: thank you for making the whole production such enjoyable one! I love to work with you all =) =) to choir: NEI DEI HO GING!!!! asking you all to do singing plus dancing within such short period of time is a difficult task, but ALL OF YOU DID IT perfectly! =)

cast!! without you all, this cannot be called a musical; and I especially like "rain in spain"! =) HOOO LAY!! you all did an excellent job! =) =)

backstage! special thanks to eleanor and winnie yim!! dor tse nei dei bong ngo make my hair! THANKS TONS!!!!

costume designer YUEN! I LUV IT! they are all very nice when they were on stage! =) sun fu sai nei la!!

ORCHESTRA!!!!!!! i know everyone of you are so tired throughout the week, but the music is excellent! CHIU CUP HO TENG!! the music reli drives me to dance and i reli enjoy it! =) sun fu sai la!

jo leng leng props and setting gei schoolmates,esp victo and adrienne~ RELI LEND DOU BAOOO!!!!!! send that pic of waltz set to me please :P

Hi Johana

Many many thanks for the thoughtful "card" you guys made and signed.  It meant a whole lot to me - much more than any audience feedback.  I often feel bad that I have to push you guys so hard and shout and demand more than you give, so it's gratifying to know that the students don't completely hate me!!

 

I'm just assuming you organized it, or were heavily involved in organizing it, and myself and the others teachers involved greatly appreciate your efforts.  Please thank the students for me.

just watched waltz and faith's video from katy's xanga...

OMG!!!!!!!!! 大家妤齊!! unbelievably 齊! nearly want to cry when i watched it... you can see the girls are flipping their skirts at the same time... you can see 3 circles perfectly... you can see the box steps... you can see everyone was doing the steps at the same time and singing aloud in "faith"... arrr!!! i reli want to watch the whole my fair lady from the audience!!!!! >< >< anyone has more videos? :P

這個camp 令我真正明白到耶穌的愛係有多大...

耶穌的一生在day2 afternoon 去嘗試一下...

耶穌的出生在馬糟那裡, 其實它被media美化了... 它比馬房, 垃圾房更糟... Jesus was born there even though he was a King... 我o地有得在醫院出生, 有舒服的床, 已是恩典... 耶穌的傳道路上要面對法利賽人的challenge, 被送上十架路時受人唾罵, 鞭打, 羞辱...身體, 心裡受到很大的痛苦... 即使他是無罪, 他仍忍受, 接受這苦杯... 要做到這樣, 只有愛才可以... 這就是神的愛... 我的生命宣言:

focus on 耶穌, 做一個他所喜悅的christian
每日靈修
每星期讀經
keep in mind 事奉 不是a job from God, 而是work with god

昨晚的默想會是這個camp 的summary... 聖餐的環節..."你們應當如此行, 為的是記念我", 這話聽過很多次, 但這時才深深感受到 為什麼要要如此行! "唔好lum 啦, 要行出來!" 好, 我今年要受浸, 去領受神的餅, 神的杯!

so many things have happened this week.. grey at the beginning, but full of joy now! =)

Everyday afterschool -> My Fair Lady rehearsals... I can see that everyone has tried to attend every rehearsals even with lots of tests or quizzes on the next day... and felt grey when miss lee or miss chan were scolding us.. 大家要努力ar!!! 努力練舞, 努力背歌, 努力扮market!! hum.. 要lum o下計dim boost our morale..!

secondly INTERCLASS BASKETBALL COMPETITION!! thanks to 落場打波的6C!! SPECIAL THANKS goes to our coach NADINE!!! 大家辛苦sai la!! altho we didn't win, i am sure everyone of us enjoy it! not just during the competition, but also the whole process! =)

中文debate! 見到dom, cyncyn, annabel 好努力, but 好辛苦gum prep, 真的好欣賞你o地的認真和付出~ what touched me most is when cyncyn came out and shared their needs yesterday... 6c 就好似個團契gum, 互相以禱告支持! thanks god! this is a tough battle, but i am sure with our support by prayers, you can all did it! =)

最後我想講, 我愛糯米團  !! 再一次感受到團契的力量是如此大! this is the place where i can share my feelings and burden with no worries!

最後最後, 中七的同學要加油ar! "得力在乎平靜安穩", may God give you all peace throughout the AL exam! 堅持落去呀!
